Our pricing is designed to provide exceptional value while ensuring your lawn receives the best care possible. Below is an overview of our pricing structure tailored specifically for the St. Charles County area.

Lawn Maintenance: 

In order to provide the best possible service I designed this to be a monthly package, no contract or minimum obligation, priced with weekly visits in mind and tailored to your specific lawn. Each visit consists of mowing, trimming, and edging of property.

Aeration:

• $75 - $150 per treatment, depending on lawn size

• Ideal for the St. Louis area clay soil to improve drainage and root health

• Discounts available for multiple treatments or seasonal packages

Typically done once or twice a year (spring or fall) depending on compaction level. Ideal time is in the fall when preparing for overseeding or to help the soil recover from the summer heat.

Overseeding:

• $100 - $200 per treatment, based on lawn size and seed type

• Includes soil preparation and seed application, perfect for enhancing your lawn's resilience in the St. Louis climate
